Alpine Canada Alpin
WAM was responsible for the creation, development, implementation and management of unique programs in alignment with CIBC’s sponsorship of the Canadian National Amateur Downhill Ski Team, Alpine Canada Alpin, including:
CIBC Go-for-Gold Charity Dinner 2004

- Working closely with representatives from Alpine Canada and CIBC, WAM developed concepts for promotional materials: web pages, in-branch posters, tickets, invitations and e-cards, to promote the CIBC Go-for-Gold Charity Dinner for Alpine Canada Alpin.
- Developed and managed entire event for CIBC Go-for-Gold Charity Dinner, from conception, promotion, sales activity, auction, ticket distribution and overall management of event. Developed unique new themes, entertainment and special appearances by Brian Williams, Scott Russell, The Three Waiters and Cirque du Soleil performers.
CIBC Lake Louise Winterstart World Cup 2003 & 2004

- WAM developed creative concepts each year for all collateral materials.
- Produced an entertaining 3-day weekend event for over 200 CIBC guests in conjunction with their CIBC Lake Louise World Cup Event in 2003 & 2004.
- Organized high-end dinners featuring special guest appearances by Cassie Campbell and Ken Read. WAM also orchestrated private performances by members of Cirque du Soleil and Jeff Healy and the Jazz Wizards.
- Managed all details from booking rooms, registration, on-site transportation, on-site and off-site activities, special welcome dinner with special performances and guests, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
CIBC Coup Nor-Am Cup Men’s & Women’s 2003 & 2004

- WAM developed creative concepts each year for all collateral materials.
- Developed, and managed all activities surrounding the Coup Nor-Am Cup held in Ontario and Quebec each year. WAM managed all details including room bookings, transportation, registration, all day activities, breakfast, lunches and special dinners for guests, and private ski sessions with Ken Read and Canadian Alpine Ski Team (CAST) Alumni.
